Jonathan GriffinChief JusticeJonathan is a senior majoring in Economics and minoring in Political Science and Chinese. He has lived in Missouri, Texas, North Carolina, and now Virginia, so don’t ask where he is from because even he isn’t sure. The youngest of five sons, Jonathan believes the best work gets done when people of diverse interests and backgrounds can come together for the sake of a common problem. Jonathan currently works at the Duke Center for International Development and is also involved in American Grand Strategy.

Andrew GriffinAssociate Chief JusticeAndrew is a senior majoring in Economics and Philosophy with a minor in Spanish. He is passionate about greater accessibility and comprehension of the law by minorities and non-English speakers. He is involved with the Duke Catholic Center, Juris Undergraduate Law Review, and the Latinx Business Organization. His favorite spot on campus to study is in the Goodson Law Library or the second floor of the Duke Wellness Center (there is a great view of the Duke Chapel and sometimes live classical music). In his free time, you can find Andrew listening to Freakonomics Radio, AJR or playing Super Smash Ultimate. He is always willing to talk about or analyze just about any situation, so make sure to say hi!

Randi JenningsAssociate Justice, Officer of the ClerksRandi is a freshman from South Carolina majoring in Political Science and Linguistics. She became interested in policy and governance in second grade, after asking her parents to take a family vacation to celebrate the Constitution's birthday in Washington, D.C. Randi is most interested in health, education, and wealth inequities in the United States. Around campus, you can find her bribing Peaches with treats and carrying around a graphic nonfiction book.

Brian PengAssociate Justice, Officer of OPAOBrian is a junior from Texas planning on majoring in Biology. He is most fascinated by the intricate details of the legal system and is passionate about the use of the law to facilitate equal treatment for all people. As someone who loves to explore the world around him, Brian enjoys traveling, especially with friends and family, and values the rich experiences that everyone from all backgrounds can bring to the table. In addition, he enjoys playing sports, particularly volleyball and spikeball, and can be seen playing spikeball on the main quad on west campus. Brian is a big foodie, so feel free to hit him up to grab food anytime!

She is passionate about climate change and clean energy solutions and plans to go into environmental law in the future. Aside from DSGJ, she is involved with Duke Juris Undergraduate Law Magazine and Duke Fashion Exchange. When she isn’t occupied with schoolwork and activities, Erin can be found yelling at the Baltimore Ravensthrough a TV screen, cuddling up with a good book, working out, sleeping in a tent for a Duke basketball game, or hunting down a food spot with friends.
